This eyeliner is very pigmented and it’s the most inky gel liner I have seen (I don't know if that is saying much haha). It has a very creamy and smooth texture and glides on very easily. It also comes with a small angled brush but I didn't like that as much because it was very stiff so I just used an angled brush that I already own.
It has great staying power and it did not smudge or flake off at all. However, I accidentally rubbed one eye because I forgot that I was wearing liner and so it smudged a little bit but other than that it did not budge.
I also did a swatch comparison with blacktrack fluidline by M.A.C. and to the naked eye it looks like the wet n wild eyeliner dries darker(more black) . I’m not sure if you can really tell from the picture, but the left one is blacktrack and the right is WnW.
On a side note: I’ve had my fluidline for a while and it’s dried out a little because when I first bought it, it was really creamy. I might have to update this post in a month and see if my WnW gel liner dried out at all.
The picture below was taken after about 5 hours into wearing the eyeliner and as you can see it still looks good.
I think the Wet N' Wild gel eyeliner is a great and inexpensive alternative to the more expensive gel liners out there. And for the price of $3.93 (Walmart) I think it is a great buy.

I love the staying power of this liner! This will definitely be one of my next buys :)
